There is no purchase price, no lease fee, no monthly rental, and no hidden charges whatsoever. Our model is commercially funded through the products sold by the machine itself.

We work with a wide range of commercial and community venues including offices, gyms, mosques, warehouses, factories, reception and waiting areas, staff break rooms, community centres, and leisure facilities. Yes. Restocking is fully managed by Vendeco. We monitor stock levels and carry out regular scheduled visits to replenish products. If your machine runs low between scheduled visits, contact us and we will arrange a reactive restock as quickly as possible.

Vendeco handles all maintenance and technical support. If your machine develops a fault, contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly. There is no repair cost or callout charge to the venue — maintenance is included in our fully managed service.

Our standard range includes cold drinks (soft drinks, water, energy drinks, juice), snacks (crisps, chocolate, cereal bars, nuts), and healthy options (protein bars, low-sugar snacks). We also offer Halal-certified products for appropriate venues. During your free assessment, you can specify your preferences and we will configure the machine's product selection to best suit your venue and users.

Yes. We are based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, and serve businesses across the full Yorkshire region, including Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Sheffield, and surrounding areas. Once your venue has been assessed and confirmed as suitable, installation is typically arranged within a few weeks. The installation itself takes only a few hours and is carried out by our team with minimal disruption to your premises. We will agree a convenient date and time with you.

Yes. We work with each venue to customise the product mix. If you have specific preferences — for example, a higher proportion of healthy options, particular Halal-certified brands, or products catering to dietary requirements — let us know during the assessment and we will do our best to accommodate. Product availability may vary.

Yes, our modern vending machines can be configured to accept contactless card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, in addition to traditional coin acceptance. Cashless payment capability is confirmed during the assessment and installation process.
